Paver sealing in Central Florida
Sealing is most of what we do. We clean the pavers first, re-sand the joints, and apply a commercial-grade water-based sealer that is made locally for our heat, humidity, and storms. We do not use oil or solvent-based sealers outdoors in Florida.
Sealed pavers resist stains, keep their color longer, and hold joint sand in place. A tint can warm up faded pavers without making them look artificial.
Expect a sealer application to last 1 to 2 years. Heavy traffic, sun, and storms shorten that. Most jobs are finished in a day or two.

Pre-treatment
Treats organic stains, mold, algae, and mildew before cleaning.
Pressure cleaning
A thorough clean of the whole surface.
Joint cleaning
Clears weeds, algae, and old sand out of the joints.
Wet sanding
Refills the joints with new sand to hold pavers and slow weed growth. Six sand colors to choose from.
Verify sand levels
Excess sand comes off so every paver sits stable.
First coat of sealer
Locks in joint sand, enriches paver color, and adds durability.
Second coat of sealer
More protection, more color, and a glossy finish. Ask about a third coat.
